His leadership is focused on aligning operational and financial strategies with the company’s long-term goals, fostering sustainable growth across all business units.

With 23 years of experience spanning commercial banking, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and entrepreneurship, Adam brings a depth of financial expertise and strategic insight that is instrumental to the group’s continued success. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and identify growth opportunities has positioned Marine Group to thrive across a diverse range of sectors.

Adam holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Financial Planning designation. His academic background, combined with his extensive industry experience, enables him to lead with clarity, drive performance, and deliver long-term value. He has also contributed to industry and community development through his service as a director on the Board of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA) and as past President of the Rotary Club of Corner Brook.
