Andrew joined Marine Contractors Inc. in 2015 as a Heavy Equipment Operator, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in field operations and developed a strong understanding of construction processes from the ground up. In 2018, he advanced to a Field Surveyor role, expanding his technical expertise in layout, GPS systems, and machine control technologies. By 2021, he had taken on the role of Survey Coordinator, overseeing field operations, managing quality control, and providing guidance and support to on-site teams.

Today, Andrew serves as a Project Manager, leveraging over a decade of industry experience to lead water and sewer infrastructure projects as well as vertical construction builds. He combines extensive field knowledge with technical proficiency in Carlson IntelliCAD and modern construction management tools to deliver projects efficiently, on time, and within budget.

A graduate of Central Training Academy and the College of the North Atlantic, Andrew is committed to staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in construction management, ensuring that his projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
