Darlene completed the Office Administration program (Medical, Legal, and Engineering) at Academy Canada in 2004, graduating with Honours and receiving the Program Award for best reflecting the skills, attitudes, and professionalism of the institution in her chosen career field. After graduation, she worked for six years as an Office Administrator/Manager in a retail store, where she was responsible for sales, bookkeeping, payroll, and various other administrative tasks.

In May 2012, Darlene joined Marine Contractors Inc. as an Office Administrator. She plays a key role in performing essential clerical duties for multiple companies within the Marine Group of Companies and takes great pride in her work.

Outside of work, Darlene enjoys baking for family, friends, co-workers, and the community. She treasures quiet time at the cabin with her husband, loves spending time with her children and especially her grandchildren, and deeply values family gatherings.
