Mark is a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager currently working toward his Professional Engineer designation with PEGNL. For the past 15 years, he has been a key member of the management team at Marine Contractors Inc. (MCI), where he has led major municipal infrastructure, heavy civil, and roadwork projects across Newfoundland and Labrador. Known for his hands-on leadership, Mark manages projects from start to finish—overseeing construction, interpreting designs and contracts, and applying the latest industry technology to ensure quality results. Beyond his professional role, he contributes to his community as Vice-Chair of the Humber Village Board of Directors, combining his leadership skills with a passion for local development.
