Shelby Pike joined The Marine Group of Companies in 2019 following the completion of her Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Memorial University’s Grenfell Campus. Shelby’s introduction to the group involved overseeing marketing and human resources and in early 2025 was appointed Manager, Operations for the group of companies. In her role she oversees the execution and implementation of the board’s strategies to capture value for all stakeholders.

In 2020, Shelby earned her Real Estate License and has since taken on responsibility for managing a portion of the group’s residential land sales portfolio. Her ability to adapt and contribute across multiple business functions reflects her strong leadership and strategic mindset.

In 2023, Shelby completed her Master of Business Administration at Queen’s University, Smith School of Business, further strengthening her ability to support the growth and development of The Marine Group of Companies.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Shelby is committed to community service.
