GDR Enterprises, in collaboration with Gibbson Snow Architecture and Jewer Bailey, is developing Stephenville Family Care Clinic, designed to enhance healthcare delivery for the local community. Featuring energy-efficient systems, including air-source heat pump HVAC and LED lighting, the facility will provide modern, flexible spaces such as examination rooms and physiotherapy areas, with barrier-free access throughout. The building in set to commission July 2025. The project, exceeding the expectations of Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services, will serve as a sustainable and accessible healthcare hub for Stephenville upon completion.
